The Pines At Sunriver

Wonderful experience! We stayed two nights separately in two separate suites each evening and both were absolutely stellar. Complimentary wifi in all suites (suite specific too with access to the router for line-in), a fitness centre and pool, and convenient location to the town make this a wonderful stay for those able to room here!

This was a fantastic place to stay and the staff was so friendly. We got there and were welcomed and treated very nice. The Pines had a calendar stating cinnamon roles, pie, and bingo in the clubhouse. We went there and Connie was so nice and friendly. My wife went back to get two pieces of pie and left money in the tip jar. At checkout, we were asked if we wanted to charge the pie at $7.00 on our credit card. I was shocked as it was not on the calendar as a cost, not anywhere at the clubhouse as a cost, or communicated at the time or anywhere at the clubhouse. It is not the $7.00, but really was the uncomfortable surprise at checkout being asked if we wanted to charge the two pieces of pie to our credit card. Unbelievable. Besides this weird interaction, our stay and the facility was awesome. Vey odd having something appear as a benefit of the stay and then being surprised at checkout. If they are going to charge for something it should be communicated. Again, every thing else was wonderful, but left a weird taste (literally not the pie) in our mouth with the surprise at checkout.

What a beautiful and amazing place to spend time with family and friends. Nestled in an enchanting pine forest that no matter what time of year is magical. Service is top notch and all staff are so kind and eager to make your visit enjoyable. The rooms are spacious with all the things you need to have a home away from home. The clubhouse is so great! Pool table, ping pong, T.V. along with boardgames and puzzles, we spent a lot of time enjoying it all!! Thank you EVERYONE at The Pines we truly appreciate you and enjoy our stay everytime we visit.

This place is TRULY amazing. Tucked off the highway in a spread out community in the trees, rivers, and golf! Before we got there we didn't even know there was a huge restaurant shopping village in the middle of it. Check in and check out was friendly, fast and easy. The rooms are absolutely amazing. We stayed in a 600ft+ studio with a trundle bed. The interior is HUGE. It has a fireplace, couches, large spacious fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, massive walk in shower and large bathroom, and sliding door to patio deck with views of the golf course and nature. Everything is updated/new with a very clean feeling. We got a last minute bargain at a literal motel rate, and walked into a full on vacation rental for two days with everything you could want. Bend is about 10 mins away, but Sunriver has everything you need too. If the price is right, I absolutely HIGHLY recommend this place over anything in the area!
